- Writing: Students will use this short week to finish up their Informational Books about the American Revolution.
- Reading: This week, we will be starting Unit 5: Reading Historical Fiction.

- 4.1: Unit 5: Fractions & Decimals
- MGSE4.NF.7 Compare two decimals to hundredths by reasoning about their size. Recognize that comparisons are valid only when the two decimals refer to the same whole. Record the results of the comparisons with the symbols >, =, or <, and justify the conclusions, e.g. by using a visual model.
- 4.2 (Ms. Smith): Unit 3: Multiplying & Dividing with Decimals
- MGSE5.NBT.7 Add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals to hundredths, using concrete models or drawings and strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction; relate the strategy to a written method and explain the reasoning used.
