We hope you were able to enjoy the weather this weekend! This week is a busy week in 4th grade with SO much learning going on! Please take some time to check out our 3 content blogs to see what we are up to in math, science, and rela :) They are available in the drop down, but we included some handy buttons below just in case :)
Some General Reminders:
- Report Card Envelopes: Please make sure report card envelopes have been returned to your child's homeroom teacher. We reuse these envelopes at the end of every quarter :)
- Red Ribbon Week! It's Red Ribbon Week at NPE! Please check out the info below so your child can participate in the fun!

- 4th Grade Tag Outreach Project: 4th grade TAG students are trying to make a difference in our town by collecting jars of peanut butter to donate to the North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC). They called NFCC and found out that they help 4-5 homeless families every day! They told the students that peanut butter is a great source of protein and does not require refrigeration. NFCC provides free bread for the homeless every day.
Did you know one 32-oz jar of peanut butter provides 86 servings of peanut butter? Let’s make a difference – send in your peanut butter through the end of October. There are collection baskets around the school. For peanut butter updates, go to: www.pbtag.weebly.com
- Curriculum Chat: Tonight October 26th at 6:00 p.m. in the Media Center. “Keeping your kids cool, calm, and collected” how to help our students better handle stress. Our facilitator, Erin Pridgen, is a licensed professional counselor from the Summit Counseling Center.
