What an awesome weekend it was! We are excited for another great week in 4th grade! Last Friday was quite exciting since we had Student Council Elections! We are so proud of not only the winners but of all that ran! Winners, we know you will do tremendous work making NPE and even more amazing place to grow and learn :)
Some General Reminders:
- High Tough High Tech will be here on TUESDAY! Fourth grade will get to experience 'Cosmic Capers'. HTHT is an amazing traveling science program that we are lucky enough to have come visit us thanks to our amazing PTA! Be on the look out for pictures for the day! Our schedule is below:
- Getzfred 7:55 – 9:25
- Alterman 9:35 – 11:05
- Spaeth 12:15 – 1:45
- Remember to turn in Box Tops! We send these up every Friday for collection! :)
- Pops, Pizza, and Hoops is this Thursday (9/24) at 6:00pm! We hope you can make it!
- The wall above the bins where items are collected for Operation Helping Hands is planning to be decorated! We ask students, if they are interested, to submit an original idea that represents helping hands! We are looking to use one of these ideas to decorate our wall!
- 4th graders and their families can download his/her own pass to grant them permission to visit any National Park for free! This new initiative is SO neat and we want our fourth graders to take advantage! We will print passes for each student to send home as well. https://www.doi.gov/pressreleases/administration-launches-every-kid-park-pass
