Some General Reminders and Announcements:
Think First, Stay Safe: Each homeroom will be having another guidance lesson from Mrs. McLeod this week on our Think First, Stay Safe program.
Spring Pictures: Students have their spring photos on Tuesday including their individual pictures and their class pictures.
Snowflakes and Hotcakes: Save the date for Snowflakes and Hotcakes this Saturday! This is an awesome event that raises lots of money for our school every year! There are wonderful theme baskets, as well as live and silent auctions! Ticket order forms went home last week.
PSC's and STAR Reports: Progress Skills Checklists and Winter Administration STAR reports will be coming home on February 25th, so mark your calendars for these! They will be coming home in our Report Card envelope, which will need to be signed and returned to your child's homeroom teacher.
Upcoming Parent Chat: Ms. McLeod, our school counselor, has put together a wonderful opportunity for New Prospect families. Next Monday, we have Tracy McConaghie, an excellent local counselor, hosting a parent workshop in the media center @ 11 am. The topic is "Setting limits & avoiding power struggles".
Relay for Life: Ms. Lilly and Ms. Wilson are sponsoring a Relay for Life team from New Prospect. The following QR code link will give you all of the details you need to know if you and your family would like to participate!
